Can I see products in person?

Yes! Devathai Designs offers in-person consultations that can be booked in advance.

During your consultation, you can view selected pieces, ask questions, and get help choosing jewelry for your outfit, bridal events, or special occasions.

How can I request an urgent delivery?

If you need your order urgently, please select local delivery at checkout and email us right away at devathaidesigns@gmail.com with your order number.

Please include the date you need your products by and your delivery location. We will review your request and email you within the day with further instructions.

Urgent delivery requests are not guaranteed and depend on product availability, processing time, and delivery location.

Do you offer jewelry rental?

Yes, Devathai Designs offers jewelry rental for select pieces.

Rental availability depends on the item, date needed, and condition of the piece. To inquire, please book a consultation or email devathaidesigns@gmail.com with the item you are interested in, your event date, and how long you would need the piece for.

We will provide you with availability, pricing, rental terms, and pickup or return details.

Do you offer pickup?

Yes, pickup is available in Markham near 9th Line and 14th Avenue.

The exact pickup address will be emailed once your order is ready. Pickup is contactless, and you must bring or show your order confirmation when collecting your order.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

At this time, Devathai Designs currently ships Canada-wide only.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, updates will be shared through our website or Instagram page.

How long does shipping take?

Products are generally shipped within five to seven business days from the date of purchase.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent through your confirmation email, if tracking is available. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and your location.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes.

If you notice an issue with your order or shipping information, please email us as soon as possible at devathaidesigns@gmail.com with your order number. We will do our best to assist, but changes are not guaranteed.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is an approved issue after review.

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us within the required timeframe listed in our Return and Refund Policy.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please email us at devathaidesigns@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number, clear photos, and a video of the damaged item and packaging.

We carefully inspect and package all orders before shipment. If the issue is approved after review, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution depending on the situation.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry in the best condition, avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, lotions, hairspray, chemicals, and sweat.

Store each piece in a dry place, preferably in its original packaging or a jewelry pouch. Handle delicate pieces gently and avoid pulling, bending, or dropping them.

Are colours exactly the same as shown in photos?

We do our best to show product colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, editing, or screen display settings.

Minor variations in stones, beads, plating, and finishing may also occur due to the nature of jewelry pieces.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some items may be restocked depending on supplier availability.

If you are interested in a sold-out item, please email us or message us on Instagram with the product name or screenshot. We can let you know if a restock or pre-order option may be available.
