Refund policy

All sales are final. Devathai Designs does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

We take great care to inspect every item before it is packaged and sent out. Each piece is checked to ensure it is complete, secure, and free from visible defects before shipment.

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within three days of delivery at devathaidesigns@gmail.com. Your email must include your full name, order details, and clear photos and videos showing the damage, including the packaging if possible.

Once we receive your email, we will review the issue and may ask you to return the item for further inspection. Any return shipping or drop-off costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated by Devathai Designs.

If, after inspection, the item is confirmed to have been damaged during shipping or sent in error, we will work with you to make it right. This may include a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that refunds may take five to ten business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you receive the wrong item, a defective item, or an item that appears damaged upon arrival, contact us right away at devathaidesigns@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging in order to be reviewed. Devathai Designs is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, wear, storage, water exposure, perfumes, chemicals, or general use after delivery.

Due to the nature of jewelry and accessories, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, styling preferences, colour differences caused by lighting or screen display, or items that do not match an outfit or event.

All sales are final.
